We accept a photo and message during the checkout process. These are permanently printed on the selected gift as per your request and cannot be erased or modified after processing.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that the photo and message you upload are correct and of good quality. Since these items are customized specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds for errors provided by the customer.
Defective Products
If you receive a product with a defect caused from our side (e.g., printing errors or damaged items), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
